Mend Rangemaster 110 Clock Working Hob

How do I switch on my Rangemaster 110 oven?

There is a key showing next to the clock on my Rangemaster, the clock is working as is the hob. I have looked through the users guide but no mention of the key symbol. Any ideas please as I cannot cook tea.

Rangemaster Rangemaster 110 Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Clock Working Hob

Switch the oven off at the main switch
Switch it back on again so the the clock flashes
Depress and hold in buttons 2&3 from the left
Use the plus and minus buttons to set the time
Any time will do
Go cook
