How to fix the ice path shutter on a BEKO GL32APB?

I have exactly the same question as Jonathan. The ice path shutter has topped working, so no ice is available from the machine. I cannot see how to remove the old parts and replace them. Interesting that Jonathan says this is a common problem, if so surely there is a manual or repair download somewhere. If you can help........
