Mend Citroen Xsara Picasso Start Engine Battery Key Car

cant start engine after changing battery in key remote?

I changed battery on key remote now my car wont start? There was no problem prior to change battery. I didn't have remote locking and it was starting ok, now I have remote locking but it won't start. This is for a 2001 Citroen Xsara Picasso
