Look on the outside of the machine - find the wattage - divide the wattage by the supply voltage - 120V in the USA and 240V in most other places.
The answer you get will be the approximate current the machine takes - DOUBLE it. Get a fuse of a similar value - it need not be a precise match. Glass or ceramic will not matter much. Length and current rating are the primary considerations.
If you have the old fuse then the rating (Amps) will be on the end cap.
