Mend Grandfather Clock Chimes Time

chimes ?

My granddaughter clock is out of cinque (sp? ) it is currently 4 hours behind ie time is 5 o'clock and it chimes only the once

Synch as in synchronised. Cinque is to do with sea ports in southern England.

Just move the hands to be in synch with the chimes - the hands have shifted on their shafts - they're just a press fit and move easily.
