i have a cannon camberley double oven cooker,but the large oven does not work,i have a small chicken to cook for xmas dinner but its only a cm or two away from the top of my oven/grill and thats on the lowest rack,i know the heat has to circulate around,so do you think it'll be safe to cook my chicken all through or would i be better off cooking it else where ?
It will cook fine(maybe better than usual),stick a skewer,or knife between thigh and breast(as you should)and if juices run clear,no blood or look of pink flesh it is ready.Happy eating.
