Mend Zanussi ZDC47 Dryer Motor Wont Start

Zanussi ZDC47 won't start?

The lights come on but the dryer won't start turning. There's a soft buzz for a few seconds but the motor won't begin. Checked and cleaned filters and water collection tank. Belt is fine.
