Mend Apache 100cc Clutch Auto

apache 100cc quad - clutch creeping?

the auto clutch does not seem to disengage properly on my nephews 100cc apache quad.

It is a full auto (twist and go) but wen stationary and just ticking over the quad is trying to pull away slightly. Everything else seems fine, but I've no idea what needs replacing or adjusting. any advice please?
