How can I fix Hygena Ambassador gas oven and grill?

Hi.... My Hygena Ambassador gas oven will not ignite. No sign of gas supply when trying to ignite. Gas grill is incorporated and is working fine. Oven light is working but clock display is not. Can anyone please advise.
