Mend Beko WMB71442-B Washing Machine Drain Fault

fix the washing machine?

i have a beko eccellence wmb71442-b when i start the programe it fills up and the time appears on the readout but thats as far as it goes. if i then put it on spin/drain it drains then ends but nothing in between. keep hearing about a reset code. does anyone have a clue. many thanks.
