As "Good Luck" says, this site doesn't sell anything and I can't work out what made you think it does.

Its unlikely you have three duff transformers but if you can use a meter they would be easy to check.

I agree with "Good Luck" that the fault is probably with the lights although his description of all the lights in series is probably wrong. (300 LEDs in series, each dropping 3 volts or so [depending on colour] is about 900 volts!). I would hazard a guess that the lamps can flash and the control box has failed or possibly part of the cabling between power connector and control box.

Have you considered that you may have three good transformers and one set of bad lights?

I suspect that the 300 LEDs are all in series - if one of them should fail then no current can flow and they all go out.

But I could be wrong - you may have three bad transformers.
