Mend Cannon 10518G Gas Model

cannon oakley gas cooker model 10518G?

Should this model of gas cooker have a baffle plate over the burner at the base of the oven to prevent fat from cooking meat splashing on the burner?. If so, where can I get one and how is it fixed to the oven floor.
