my junkers gas boiler runs cold?

my junkers boiler WTD 14KG 23/31 runs cold after a few mins it only supplies taps and shower and runs on bottled gas bottle is full when turned off and on again does the same a gain need to do this several times to have a shower a bath is out of the question it is only two mths old
