Mend Kenmore Led Work Panel

I have a Kenmore dishwasher and all lights are stuck on!?

All my led lights are stuck on and I can't get anything to work. I have removed the front panel and disconnected the ribbon to the controls with no luck. I have tried every combo of lights listed on the internet. What can I do?
