Hi all I installed a guardtec 600 gt into a customers property. On Friday and today I receive a call saying the alarm is sounding.On investigation the logs read nothing untoward only that zone four had caused the activation.
I walk tested the system only to find that zone four was not responding then further investigation showed that the zone had lost its programming.This morning I reprogrammed zone four again and left after testing the system.
Guess what I've had another call saying the alarm is sounding and yet again zone four has lost programming.I've left the panel in engineering untill I can hopefully quickly resolve this so have you lads on here have any ideas please.
