My Hotpoint TDC30S is not heating?

I have a hotpoint TDC30 and recently found it all working OK except the heater, I purchased a replacement from ans electrical retailer and fitted it, however it still does not work.
Items checked are heater continuity - OK, Thermostat continuity - OK, Door switch operation - OK, and relay pulls in but no live switching some cables go to the pump but accessibility is poor so one question would a faulty pump stop the heaters working? Everything else seems OK Drum turns forward / reverse, timer switch appears OK
Any help is appreciated
