Mend Zanussi TC7102W Dryer Start Full

Zanussi dryer malfunction won't start?

Zanussi TC7102W will not start unless drum is rotated several times. Also reservoir full light comes on even though nearly empty & dryer stops. All usual checks are made then it starts again after 45 secs or so
