Mend Vent Axia Making Noise Trouble

My Vent Axia is making awful noise?

The vent in bathroom is connected to the light & operates when on. Trouble is, it has just started making a loud 'growling'noise; how do I fix this please?

Most fans are ridiculously cheap it would be easier to change it if it's more than dirt
