howden lamona hja 6100 american fridge?

5 year old howdens hja6100 american fridge
This item has started to no longer dispense chilled water and ice has started to build up in the internal ice outlet in the freezer door. also condensation forms in the front edge of the partition between fridge / freezer,...what may be the problem please ?
