hi there my hotpoint Aquarius wf640 is pumping water out of soap box?

if the hose leadingfrom the "soap box" is blocked it will leak as soon as it starts to fill . If it fills up and up past the door it will come out of the soap box .This is a pressure system fault. If it fills up ok and then starts to spin fast this will force water out of the box
