Mend Drayton RF603 Combi Boiler Central Heating Temperature

why wont the central heating side of the combi boiler fire up ?

I have a drayton/iflo rf603 rf digistat all the lights are working. The hot water side of the boiler is working. When the rf digistat temp is turned up so that the flame symbol appears the boiler tries to fire up but is not successful what would be the problem
