Mend Countrychef 923 Door Dropped Oven

Countrychef 923 door hinge plate dropped?

I removed my oven door to clean it, as I unscrewed it I didn't realise the back plates would fall off. How do I get them back from inside the cooker somewhere? I now cant replace the door as the hinges don't tighten up. Help! I have a Countrychef 923Cannon Stratford.
