Mend Honeywell Accenta g3 System Power

anti rattle indicators?

sorry forgot to mention name of system, it is an Accenta g3 and after a power cut yesterday 3 anti rattle indicators on the doors and windows are not flashing and I cannot seem to reset them. does anybody have an answer.

could be the standby battery inside the control panel has gone and maby blown a fuse turn mains off before opening the panel
