wmb71442w?

hi. have beko wmb71442w. was washing earlier then found floor covered in water. stopped machine to clear up and check for reason. started machine again and started filling with water to rinse...done this for 5 mins then just emptied without drum spinning. reading how to check error code it comes up with e08. clock reading 00.00 and start symbol flashing...nothing else happens
