Mend Samsung LET Series 4 Television Remote

New Samsung TV's New Remote does not work?

I bought this evening a new Samsung LET Series 4; 32" TV. It was working fine but when I was going around various buttons of the Remote, suddenly it stopped working. Only the "volume reducing button" is working, but no other button is working.

If anyone could help me out....
