Mend GE JVM1540DP1WW Remove Keypad Cover

How do I remove the keypad cover?

I have a GE Spacemaker microwave model JVM1540DP1WW that is showing the error message "Keypad shorted. Service may be needed." I have tried using the "hair dryer" approached referenced in other threads but I can't get to the actual keypad to clean and dry it. Any suggestions?
