Mend Dometic RM 4270 Stays Lit Not

Dometic RM 4270 the lights and stays lit but does not get cold?

My caravan RM 4270 fridge pilot light lights and stays lit but does not seem to get cold any idea what my problem is , the flue is very clean as well
