How do I replace the Ice Shutter door mechanism in a BEKO GL32APB?
Good afternoon.
I have the above model Fridge Freezer but the internal ice shutter door - which opens under pressure from the weight of the ice once you activate the dispenser mechanism - has broken (it's plastic and looks as though part of the hinging mechanism has snapped, so the door spins freely).
I've heard this is a common problem with this generation of BEKO fridge freezers and have got an original replacement part for this
Does anybody know how I access this? There is the black plastic body which houses the ice shute and the water dispenser (plus the control panel for the fridge freezer itself) and I can't see any way to access the mechanism from behind the outer door.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks,
Jonathan.
