Mend Swift 620 12 Battery Not Working

12 volts from caravan battery not working?

Swift fairway 620 12 supply from battery not working.Battery ok as mover works, all fuses ok, when caravan symbol on control unit is pressed nothing works. it may be the van relay RE2. Could you please tell me where the relay is fitted.
