Mend Hayter 48 Ready Start 650X Lawn Mower Engine Fix

How can i fix my new Hayter?

I have just got a new Hayter 48 Ready Start 650X 190 CC

Worked ok for 2 weeks ,but now it over revs massively whenever it is turned on and seems as if it will blow the engine if kept on for any length of time. Please help.
