the main oven cooks quicker than it should?

I don't know what "when I look at receive " means? Do you have a fan assisted oven,if so they normally cook about 20mins faster than a conventional oven,if your recipe does not mention cooking times for different ovens just reduce the time by say 20mins and keep an eye on it you can always cook it a bit longer until it is right,simples! Ps,I guess your not in the UK.
