Mend Moffat 3000 Moved Gas Oven

How can i fix the timer of my Moffat 3000?

I have recently moved house and the built in Moffat 3000 gas oven does not work (the grill section does). I have been told this could relate to the timer? but can not find a manual online and the dials have rubbed off? Any help please?
