Mend Timber Bear 3.7 Starts Fine Speeds

3.7 timber bear?

Have one of these and it starts easy, runs fine at idle and very low speeds for as long as I want if left there. BUT when I rev it up to cutting speeds it quickly acts like it runs out of fuel and stops running. Restarts fine, same results.
