I assume you are talking about a microwave. You don't say though. You don't tell us the make/model either.

Lets guess (all we have to go on) that its a microwave. You MAY be able to get a new touchpad, depending on the model and how well it is supported.

I can only suggest you work out what the make and model is and do a Google search for

make model spares

or

make model microwave spares

replacing "make" and "model" with the appropriate terms
