You will find that it is a common problem with the sony's. The only way round it, is to load it upto 5 disks only.
The reason for this if (& it will) will not eject any disks you should be able to press & hold down the load button so it starts to load all of the disks. Normal this will clear the problem.
The other way you can try & have only done this once is to press 1 & CD button when switching the unit on & it seems to clear the problem. Only found that out on another Ford forum.
It the unit is still under 12 months old, go back to Ford with it & see what they say ?
