How can i fix this?

Red light keeps coming on indicating no water (when their is water) and no steam coming out. tefal express GV 7450

You do not say if the iron is getting warm...

The red light on an iron indicates that it's warming up - the red light goes out when it reaches the set temperature.

If your iron is not getting warm there can be no steam even when there is water.

Whatever the fault you will not be able to repair it

Buy a new one...
