You should have a manual somewhere. It may be in printed form or on the bundled CD/DVD that contains the drivers. Read it, it may give you the cause and how to fix it.
Normaly, you can get the manuals as PDF from the maker's web site if you don't have them in paper form or on the CD/DVD.
Have you tried searching with your prefered search engine?
Try this search query:
"Kyocera FS1350DN" AND "6400:0043836"
Including the quotes and respecting the case.
The quotes ask for an exact match.
The "AND" force to only show results with BOTH strings.
