Electronic module making a clicking/buzzing noise?

Our Johnston Starley JB40/50 modairflow Electronic module is making a clicking/buzzing noise, does anybody know what is causing it and if so is it repairable? I''ve opened it's case and it seems to consist of printed circuit board with various capacitors/resistors etc. and a coil.
