Mend Worcester 28i Junior Boiler Heating Breakdown

Problem with a Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior boiler ?

Whilst the heating is on, the cold water tap has boiling hot water coming out for at least 30 seconds. Is there a quick fix for this and is this a symptom for a breakdown in the near future? Any advice will be gratefully received.
