Mend Ariston Boiler Problem Fault

what does error 108 on an ariston boiler mean and how do i fix the problem?

my tenant has said there is a fault on his boiler reading 108 he has no hot water or heating. Its an Ariston boiler but I don't know the model as the tenant is in work on night shift. I suspect its a drop in water pressure. I will need to talk him through the procedure to restore the correct pressure.
Please can you give me the instructions to do this
