how can i unlock the drum on my whirlpool awe 2361?

now.first turn off the power supply,remove the fill hoses,and drain hose from the drain,now what we used to do when it happened to the loader we had,was turn the machine upside down,what happened was the washing fell to the top of the drum and pushed the doors closed,now lay the machine on its side open the lid then you may be able to turn the drum and remove the washing,it dosent wosk all the time,but its worth a try,failing this,its a full strip down of the machine,hope this helps
