Mend Beko WM5100W Washing Machine No Spin Motor

Beko wm5100w won't start a wash cycle?

Beko wm5100w fills with water but stops there, no spin or wash. It does seem to drain though. I can select the spin drain option and it drains but does not spin. I have checked that the belt is still attached and it is. The washer doesn't sound like the motor is working as it is making no sound after the water enters the machine
