How can I fix a zanussi washing machine Aquacycle FLE1216W?

these are quite easy to do once you have worked out how to split the cabinet in half, lid off,four screws under lid at sides,down back at bottom two 8mm bolts,down the sides at the bottom two plastic caps covering another two 8mm bolts, the cabinet will now split in two,the element is at the bottom of the drun at the back slacken the nut in the middle after removing the wires(dont forget to mark them) dont undo the nut all the way leave it on the end of the thread push the nut in with a screw driver this pushes the thread in and loosens the element, now the element should prise gently out,reverse to refit, any more probs msdapudsey1@msn.com (DONT FORGET TO UNPLUG IT)
