How can I find what is broken?

I have a Creda Europa Solar Plus and the bottom oven does not heat. How can I find out if it is the fan element that is unserviceable or the fan itself or both

What makes you think the fan element would be unserviceable? If you don't have any test equipment i.e. multimeter and no basic fault finding knowledge and maybe no wiring diagram to follow I would suggest you call someone out to check it.

not familiar with the model but the only way to be certain is to connect power to element ,test,connect power to fan and test
