How to fix a Hotpoint SDW80?

Hi all
Just moved into a new house and my hotpoint is not working. The error code is AL01. I've had a look at all the other questions like this and done the tipping it on its side a couple of times and it did not work. I've also opened the bottom but did not see anyone wrong or any leaks. (Not that we would know if something wrong). The motor just seems to try and drain he water the whole time. I've also put hot water in he machine and it seemed like the motor drained it. But as soon as you put it on it gives he AL01 error.
Please can someone help. 😄
