fix dishwasher Diplomat ADP 8242?

Unit performs ok until end of any wash programme; then will not move on to rise/dry.
No flashing lights when door opened,tray still full of water but there is no sound suggesting pump has been trying to run.
Can empty unit by running soak cycle so pump not faulty
