Mend Drayton SCR Heating Unit Room

My heating is not coming on unless I reboot my system?

I have a Digistat SCR unit and a Drayton wireless room thermometer. My digistat is not firing up (with heating on twice a day) unless I reboot the system (switch of power, press green button, press both buttons, replace battery compartment etc) then it comes on fine. Next day it's not coming on again.
Any ideas?
