In Hoover HCA391FFK frost free fridge freezer the fridge too hotand left ?

Freezer had too much ice built in it and was pushing the door open . Ice cream was always melting in it.To defrost quickly I opened its fan compartment.To be sure left it to defrost for 3 days.Reassembled the fan compartment .Turned on the fridge.After 6 hours of running the freezer is too cold but fridge does not get cold at all.
I think cold air is not circulating.May I kindly know the location where is the ducting hole to circulate the cold air from freezer to the fridge .Can I see the picture of this hole in the freezer.
Black radiator at the back is hot at the top and at the bottom but cold in the middle if that matters.
