Clutch adjustment?

I.m wondering if they fitted a new slave cylinder when the clutch was done?
check you bill.
should be a clutch,2 pieces,a slave and fluid on the parts.
no mention or charge for a new slave means it wasn't fitted,
cheap job and a bad idea as old slaves cylinders tend to give out not long after new clutches are fitted

You don't say how old your motor is but older fiestas had cables which could be adjustable,newer ones have concentric release bearings and are non adjustable,if the latter I would be wondering if they were good quality parts used,it wouldn't be the first time a g/ box would need removed again due to faulty parts.
