Roberts Sound 38 . Does any one have a service sheet?

Said to be faulty CD player ( wont read discs ) so trying to locate the . Part Code for the CD assembly . Though so far . Cant get apart case . Don't want to spoil . back screws and botton screws removed . Though other than this now stalled .

1.does any one have a service sheet for this ( with component dis assembly and details )
2. any ideas with or what to do . in order to unclip . slide away back box plastic chassis to find
